Cheesy Potatoes With Ham | March 2014

This is hands down our family favorite Cheesy Potatoes with Ham (it is also excellent with precooked and drained ground beef, venison, lamb).

Baking temp: 350˚
|

1. Peel and dice potatoes, or slice if you prefer. 2. In a bowl combine the soups, milk, onion, green pepper, and pepper. 3. Bake in a 350˚ oven until potatoes are tender, about an hour. If you prefer use the microwave, should be tender in approximately 20 minutes - depending on your microwave.
