These survived the test...I placed a Homemade Dog Treat in one hand and a store bought in the other and let each of our dogs choose. Sasha, Lucy & Desi all chose the homemade treats, which I already knew. ;-) |

Baking temp: 300˚

1. Grease cookie sheets or use parchment paper. 2. Mix all dry ingredients. 3. Dissolve yeast in broth and let set 10 minutes. 4. Stir into dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. Adjust water or flour as necessary so that you can roll to a 1/4" thickness. I found this very easy to work with and roll. 5. Divide dough into thirds and roll. Cut into desired shapes or use a pizza cutter to just make squares. Reroll any scraps. 6. Brush with egg wash and bake on cookie sheets at 300˚ for 45 minutes. Turn off and leave overnight to finish hardening. |
